What a session actually covers

Every job is sorting, deciding, and setting up a system you can keep. The room changes; the work doesn't.

An organized pantry with grouped canisters and woven baskets

Kitchens and pantries

The room that costs you the most time every single day.

  • Expired food pulled, duplicates consolidated
  • Zones for cooking, baking, lunches, snacks
  • Drawer dividers and shelf risers where they earn their space
  • Small-appliance triage — keep, relocate, or let go
An organized closet with evenly spaced hangers and folded knits

Closets and bedrooms

Getting dressed without digging.

  • Sort by category, then by what you actually wear
  • Matching hangers and a real folding system
  • Off-season storage that isn't a pile on the shelf
  • Kids' rooms set up so they can put things back themselves
An organized garage with bins on shelving and tools hung on a wall rail

Garages and basements

Usually the biggest job, and the most satisfying one.

  • Everything out, sorted by category, decided on once
  • Seasonal bins grouped and reachable
  • Tools, sports gear, and holiday storage separated
  • Clear walking paths and, usually, room for the car again
A tidy desk with sorted file folders in a wooden tray

Paper and home office

My specialty, and the thing most people put off longest.

  • Mail and pile triage — act, file, or shred
  • A filing system with names you'd actually think of
  • What to keep and for how long: taxes, medical, warranties, titles
  • A weekly ten-minute routine so it stops rebuilding

Also included

Things you don't have to ask for

  • Donation drop-off. I load what fits in my vehicle and take it the same day, with a receipt back to you.
  • A written plan. One page: where we started, what we did, what's next.
  • Supply shopping list. Specific products with prices, so you buy once. You're never required to buy anything.
  • A check-in. A call a few weeks later to fix whatever isn't sticking.

What I don't do

Being clear up front saves us both a wasted trip.

  • No lifting over 25 pounds
  • No installing fixtures, shelving, or hardware, and no home modifications
  • No listing or selling your items, and no responsibility for what they sell for
  • No deep cleaning, hoarding remediation, or biohazard work

If a job needs the excluded work, I can bring in a qualified third party at $50 per hour, billed separately.

Start with a phone call, not a contract.

Tell me the room, the mess, and the deadline. I'll tell you honestly how long it will take and what it costs. No pressure, no walkthrough fee.
